While I very much appreciated speaking with the head lawyer, who seemed very compassionate and educated in the course of action I needed to take, I also felt humiliated by the demand letter written to the other party appeared to me to have typo errors in it. I will not return to this firm due to that oversight seemed to be lacking and professionalism was not the best.
