I called over the phone to ask a question about installation. He rudely laughed at me, disrespected me and began laughing even harder at the fact I was not able to do it. Horrible professionalism and even worse personally the guy was happy that I was suffering and having trouble. When searching for central air conditioning I came across information about a ductless air conditioning / heating system. I found f. A. R. Service Company from a colleague of mine. Chris the owner of the company was very personable and knowledgeable about the system I was interested in. I hired Chris to install the system in my home.
