There is this program called out and about Shasta county. I have witnessed Pam be unprofessional with the clients and disrespectful to her workers. She yells and degrades people including the parents. Not good at call back and getting stuff done and make workers work for no money and seem not to care
The agency worked with 3 of my grandchildren, to ensure there were no lasting affects after being born positive for opiates. The young lady we were assigned came once a week, for 4 years, starting with our twins and ending with their younger brother who was born 11 months after them. She was warm and encouraging. Consistently patient, especially with our eldest grandchild, who was not a part of the program but who she offered suggestions for dealing with certain behaviors.
