Not good at call back and getting stuff done and make workers work for no money and seem not to care
The agency worked with 3 of my grandchildren, to ensure there were no lasting affects after being born positive for opiates. The young lady we were assigned came once a week, for 4 years, starting with our twins and ending with their younger brother who was born 11 months after them. She was warm and encouraging. Consistently patient, especially with our eldest grandchild, who was not a part of the program but who she offered suggestions for dealing with certain behaviors. I have the worst coordinator ever her name is Jessica Torres. So my coordinators supervisor is saying that I'm not accepting the extra help and that I said no to the assisted living services and that I also said that I didn't want to work with ils ever again that's what Jessica said to her supervisor Martha.
