I have the worst coordinator ever her name is Jessica Torres. So my coordinators supervisor is saying that I'm not accepting the extra help and that I said no to the assisted living services and that I also said that I didn't want to work with ils ever again that's what Jessica said to her supervisor Martha. Been waiting over 2 years for anyone to call me back just to set up an assessment for my autistic foster child. I Wish there was somewhere else in town besides this place since they are no help. They took her off the waiting list without even telling me because her case worker left so when I called I found out she wasn't even on the waiting list anymore and had to get her put back on it but still no response or help at all!
I am a client of far northern. I am 34 years old. I currently lost my job of five years. Talk to my service coordinator said I think you should move on my service coordinator. Does not call me back. I have given him more than 48 hours, I am so tired of this. His name is Trevor Dorning. I hope he reads this. I would like to talk to a supervisor this is not good treatment. This is a good way of getting fired.
This agency has been incredibly helpful throughout special education process with the school, autism, adhd, evaluation and assistance for anything even last minutes. Gracelynn especially is such a supportive service coordinator. So very grateful for all the help she is able to provide for families and if she doesnt know; she will go find the answers- need more like you! Thank you.
