Gene and his team are spectacular. I trust all of them with everything I own, including my dog. Their work and ethics are the best I've ever worked with. Gene's quality workmanship and creative engineering to accomplish custom design and implement individual visions are beyond expectations.

The entire Far North Craftsmanship team and their subcontractors (Angler Electric and Rock Solid Plumbing) were far beyond five stars! The staff members were professional and considerate of our needs during our kitchen remodel. In completing a shower renovation with far north craftsmanship, I can say that the install team was excellent. Prompt responses, flexibility with changes, and above all professionalism were experienced with Todd, our installer. I will note however that there seems to be a disconnect from owner, Gene, to the specific job in particular. We did experience some miscommunication and fails in coordination which led to time and money on our side. Feedback was given, wouldn’t consider it received well though. We had the pleasure of working with Todd during a custom shower renovation. He was always professional, considerate and meticulous. We are very happy with our new shower! (Unfinished items were set to be completed by us!)
