I needed to schedule an appointment today for my daughter and I called the number ten minuets before the office closed because that was the only time I was available. As soon as the reception lady heard my accent she put me on hold until the office closed. It was very rude and unthoughtful.
Dr. Pema and staff did an excellent job wotj my 9 yr old son who needed an ingrown toenail removed. Quick check in, with the doctor w/in 10 minutes. They were empathetic to my son's pain at receiving the numbing shots and true to the doctor's word he didn't feel anything else of the procedure. Thank you!
