My father has an account with this bank at this branch. He's been unhappy with how they were treating him, so he tried to close his account. After several tries at the offices and over the phone, this bank has still refused to close my father's account. Even after speaking with the branch service manager, Mr. Yee Joh Tay, we were thrown into more loops where we went no where. I recommend you DO NOT USE THIS BANK for any services especially if you are a foreigner.
