DO NOT purchase faucets from Fantini. 4 Months and we still haven't received our order!! Can we use your bathroom because we can't use ours?
Great staff and amazing products!
Fantini products and services are the worst there could be! We purchased and installed their hardware in our master bathroom. In about 3 years one faucet started sprouting water from all direction; after informing them they gave us a hard time filing for a repair ticket asking to upload videos (as if they would not take our word for it). I had a broken bracket and the folks at Fantini promptly sent a new one out at no charge. Great service and a shout out to Rebecca Y who expedited the assistance. Good help when things break is the best evidence of a company that you can and should rely upon.
Product itself is great. 20 years and still looks brand new. But good luck finding a cartridge when it goes bad. AND Fantini charges companies $40 for "freight" for a part that's only a few ounces and a few inches long. Obscene. My advice? Look elsewhere.
