A must-see cave if you're in Central Missouri! It's not the biggest we've seen but it's by far the loveliest. Curtis (he of unflagging energy) really makes the experience. He's very knowledgeable about geology, and has done the lighting with an artist's touch.
I have been to many of the caves world wide. Enjoyed our private tour at this cave & were glad to have beaten the rush. Not as commercialized as many of the caves I have been in, which was nice. The person who did the tour was a person who has been involved with the cave for around 30 years. It is obvious he has a love for this place & to do whatever he can to improve it making it more accessible to people to see it's beauty. Fantastic tour! The cave not only offered unique natural features, but excellent lighting placement to really make it like a fantasy world.
Toured the cavern this afternoon with our friends. Had a great tour with Curtis. Beautiful cavern and learned a lot of neat history and facts!
Was thrilled to see that our tour guide was everything plus more out of what we were hoping for. Our five year old daughter had a blast and he even took the time to ask her questions and further explain. He made the experance for us by far.
