Not great. When sketching up the pool size, location of steps and size of steps. Lupton turn up with only half the information. His wife works the email side of the business, and only printed out half the information. Cleaning up wasn't great, I had to hire a trailer to load up left over, reno, timber and other items to take to the tip soon could lay turf. Took half a Saturday and cost money with the trailer and tip fees. Not the best communication on price, reneging on an agreement then changing the mind. I was willing to g... read more

Lupton and his team were excellent. The project ran to schedule and the quality throughout was excellent. I would definitely recommend to a friend.
Haven't heard from them
We engaged Fantasy Pools in 2017. Construction finished almost 10 months after the agreed start date (almost 7 months longer than the agreed time). It should be noted that the pool was ‘apparently’ a difficult pool as a result of about 200mm of underground water forming after excavation, creating somewhat of a mud-pit to work in, However, the soil test shared with Fantasy Pools prior to excavation clearly indicated surface water would be encountered during excavation.
