The company came out because we had a light out that we purchased from another company a year ago and they quoted us $1,850 to replace it. Upon arrival we got a call that the light was gone but the piece that they used to be able to have a remote for it had gone bad. They just had to order that piece and it would only be a service call. It is sad but I was shocked that they were honest about it. These days I would have expected them to take the old one and replace it anyway.
