I hate writing bad reviews but I’ve visited this establishment enough with similar issues that I want to make other customers aware of. I got my nails done July 3rd. Knowing it is a Friday before a holiday I booked my appointment days in advance. Throughout my appointment, I had three separate technicians. Each time I had to repeat what I wanted which was simply all blue nails with some silver sparkles (dip). Pricing does not match the quality of work. I’ve come here a few times now and each time I leave, I feel a bit ripped off. I was charged an extra $20 for a line design on dip powder nails that chipped in less than a week. And I’ve now paid $38 for a gel polish change… only $10 less than a full gel pedicure. Not to mention the results look exactly like the rush job that it was. I don’t mind paying the price but the work needs to be worth it.
