I have been living around the corner from Fantasy nails for about 5 years now and been there a couple of times so it took me by complete surprise when I went to get my nails done for my birthday 10/17 and the older lady who did them really did a horrible job. She cut my cuticles so low that my nail bed started bleeding and when I addressed it she brushed it off like that's supposed to happen.
