In my entire life, no one had ever made me feel so disrespected as the manicurist in chair number 5. She screamed all over the place (because she forgot that body language goes beyond the Asian language). She left me sitting and I had to get up and go to the lobby to ask what was going on and why they supported such a disrespectful person with the client.
