General pedicure. Nice store but kind of overpriced for a simple panicure about without doing anything so it was basically like a cleaning.

I have been coming here for a long time. I’m not sure what happened , possibly management but it’s just not the same. I request a particular person to do my nails, I come on and give me a random person. They say i have to call in order for my required person to do my nails. I called and still the same problem. I get powder nails done and not everyone knows how to do them. Also, if i have my nails square so an additional $5, or if i want them round is $5. Usually i have a great experience with you giys. But this past Sunday you guys were off your game. I have been getting my nails done since i was 16 years old. I get acrylic tips. I always ask for acrylic. When i requested my appointment it was for acrylic. Instead of that i got UV. I repeatedly told her no. She did what she wanted. My nails burned under the light and I kept taking them out because of the horrible pain i was in. If I could give this salon zero stars, I would. I’ve had multiple disappointing experiences at Fantasy Nail & Spa in Edison. The service is consistently poor, and I’ve even developed infections after appointments—which is completely unacceptable. On top of that, the gel manicures don’t last and chip far too quickly. Unfortunately, it’s not worth the time or money. The customer service representatives are very rude and they certainly care more about the money than losing a paying customer. Fifi was wonderful and helped reshape and redo poorly done nails i had done elsewhere. she was friendly and helped me choose what i wanted! i would recommend!
