I'm never disappointed.
I came twice to this salon at 11pm and 1pm during their business hours and they were closed with open sign
Tom and Kelly are great. The only nail salon I’ve ever been to that actually knows how to do my nails the way I ask them to. I highly recommend them!
I came in for what I thought would be a simple service: an acrylic/gel x soak off. They informed me it would take about 20 minutes, I ended up there for 50 minutes and was late to my class AND the product was not even properly soaked off. The woman said she was “done” and I was shocked, I pointed out there was still acrylic on my nails to both the woman who did the service, and the man who I believe is manager/owner.
