WORST NAIL SALON EVER! DO NOT BE FOOLED like I was, the new management has poor customer service and lack communication skills. The nail tech’s are very incompetent and will literally step away from you to take a smoke break in the middle of your session, get frustrated at ANY design you show them, and freely use profanity and derogatory words/ comments when they return IN FRONT OF YOUR FACE, as if that’s professional at all. Nails are cute but the service needs work. They acknowledged me when I walked in and asked me what I needed. I sat there for abt 30 mins and then 4 people walked in. The last 2 of the 4 that walked in received service before I did (they were walk-ins also) and I was still sitting. Instead of staying there and giving them my money I left and for this reason I will not be returning! They also need an exterminator because most people don't like roaches...
This has been the best nails place I has ever been at. It's quiet and relaxing with nice people. The service and the works are excellent. Highly recommended!!
I came here for pedicure and nails. I was so happy with how the jobs done. The people mostly quiet but friendly. I really love how they do great design on my toes. And for the nails, that was an exceptional jobs that have had on my hands.
