If I could give a zero I would! I am so terribly upset. I have family coming in this week and I wanted my hair highlighted and somebody referred me to fantasy with Ketchel. I went and I can’t even tell that it’s even been highlighted and she just messed up my hair so bad that now I’m gonna look like crap when my family comes in. I don’t know why she was recommended but she is absolutely terrible. I do not recommend this place at all.
