If I could give zero stars I would. I took my very thick gold chain in to have it repaired. He said it could be done easily. When I came to pick it up I could see this big blob of sauder and when I questioned about how awful it looked he told me it was because the chain was so thin and he didn't want it to break. I took it to another jeweler who was horrified at how bad it looked and told me that he never should have repaired it that way and that my chain definitely was not too thin or delicate.
