I ordered some rings from them, they shipped out very quickly, but lo, I had measured my ring size incorrectly with a random online sizing chart. Returning them was very easy and through a series of emails with their customer service department where I guessed, re-guessed and then finally actually got my finger measured was able to get the size I needed nailed down. They let me know that they only had one of that size in stock and that they'd hold it for me for when my returns actually got to them. Excellent customer service... read more
