Fantasy Flowers is a great floral shop!? I usually defer to their creativity, since they go above and beyond to create lovely pieces. I order several times a year from them , and for any occasion. They've completely earned my trust the past five years.

I have used FF several times to send my mother flowers and I am always pleased, but this last time they really went above and beyond! Being out of the area and a part time florist myself, it can be hard to give creative control to someone else, especially when I have a design in mind.
