Horrible store. I ordered a custom name chain and was charged 3000. I went to have it covered with my home insurance to find out the cost wasn't more then 1400 with taxes. When I called him he wanted to downgrade what 2 other appraisals mentioned and at 14k not the 10k it was made with. It wasn't until I threatened legal action that he gave bk only 1200.00 - still over charged but refused to return anymore then 1200..If you didn't scam me why are you so quick to return $$$$.. I can't comment on the jewelry but if you are going there to get a watch fixed, even if it's a battery replacement, please don't. I got battery replacement done, and they didn't put the gasket in the proper position and now my watch is damaged from all the moisture, it was an expensive watch, I tried calling them, but they never pick up the phone, please don't get your watch repaired or fixed here! I inherited an old gold bracelet.The jeweller repaired one of the links, cleaned and polished it, and added a new gold clasp. The work was done within a few days, reasonable price, and my old bracelet is now gorgeous and wearable. Thanks.
AVOID CON ARTIST! I brought a loose diamond to be set on a white gold ring. When the ring was ready, they charged me an extra $500 on top of the agreed upon price. They knew my proposal plan and knew that I wouldn't be able to say no as the ring was ready merely days before the planned proposal date.
Took a pocket watch in to be opened gave it back to me unopened with lots of scratches. Very unprofessional
