I inherited an old gold bracelet.The jeweller repaired one of the links, cleaned and polished it, and added a new gold clasp. The work was done within a few days, reasonable price, and my old bracelet is now gorgeous and wearable. Thanks.
AVOID CON ARTIST! I brought a loose diamond to be set on a white gold ring. When the ring was ready, they charged me an extra $500 on top of the agreed upon price. They knew my proposal plan and knew that I wouldn't be able to say no as the ring was ready merely days before the planned proposal date.
Took a pocket watch in to be opened gave it back to me unopened with lots of scratches. Very unprofessional
I can't speak on their jewellery, as I didn't purchase any, but I feel like they overcharge people. I went in to adjust a watch strap, and I should have asked for the cost of the service before asking them to perform it, so that's on me, but I was appalled when I was charged more than the watch itself had cost. If it was something complex and that required a lot of expertise, I would find it justifiable, but it's a simple metal watch, where, if you have the tools, it takes less than 5 minutes (I know, because I know how to d... read more
