Beware of this business. I hired them to make a setting for my stone as an engagement ring. However, the setting they made had obvious defects. It was missing metal and had dents, chips, and uneven prongs. When I went back to the store they denied any responsibility and accused me of damaging the setting. In addition to the poor craftsmanship, the store promised the setting would be “custom-made” to fit my stone, but when I got it inspected by an appraiser he confirmed that was not the case. Warning! Warning! If I was you I would look for a different dealer. I bought a diamond from Rodi. When I got home I had it appraised and found out it had been filled and enhanced. He will say he stated this but I have a witness that knows he did not. Others have contacted me with similar experiences.

Wow! Came to 47th street with my husband hoping to upgrade my ring with a budget in mind. . . David & Rodi were so accomodating! They showed me a setting and a stone that I fell in love with and worked with us on the price since it was a little over our initial budget. Needless to say, we left VERY happy customers. We have already gone back to get earrings for our daughter and a watch for our son. Definitely the best on the block! Very attentive and very informative. Pleasure to work with each and every time!
Bought a pair of diamond studs from David and Rodi.. Their level of professionalism and customer service is above and beyond. When i called them to let them know i lost the back off one of my earrings they were quick to send out a new pair (all the way to Texas!!) free of charge! Will definatley purchase from here again anytime i need anything! Thanks again boys
If you want to be charged $50 for a $12 battery replacement after you hand them your watch, then this is the place for you. I was surprised at the level of dishonesty and poor service, considering I handed them a $1000 watch. Robi the owner was very convinced, that despite not offering me a ticket and giving me an initial two hour wait time, for a 15 minute job, that I should have been appreciative of the 'deal' that I was given.
