Good music, Great Customer Service and Yummy food

Ordered my daughter a hamburger kids meal here once and then a hot dog kids meal weeks later. Both times the bread was so hard I could throw it at someone and it would have hurt. The hot dog had so much onions thrown on it too it was mainly onions. How is this the quality food you give kids? I live close so there was no way it got that hard between the drive home.
