I’ve had both good and bad results, but honestly mostly bad. There are a few nail techs that do really well, but are not consistent at all. My last visit was the nail in the coffin- I won’t return. I had an appointment and when I checked in, roughly 10 different walk ins came in after me. Instead of accommodating my appointment, they sent me to start my dip nails and said they’d do my pedicure after. Worst place to get your nails done, the lady was on her phone and wasn’t paying attention to her work, she cut my finger really bad, didn’t apologize or anything, she told me “you move “ And the prices are too high!

‼️ Positives first: U received 1 star. An option of negative 1 star would be more appropriate. Not too long ago, this establishment completely ignored someone very close to my heart. A highly professional woman, who has been a LONG TIME member of the HB community. A literally brilliant-genius and well-respected, accomplished Anesthesiologist. Yes. My wife got in a confrontation with the on of their male employees over their lack of respect around appointment times and was physically followed to her car and threatened. Totally unacceptable

If I could give a zero I would. Awful! Not only was this place dirty, but the staff was rude and over charged me. They are cheap with their polish as my $120 dip nails only lasted 70 hours before chipping… need I say more..
