Fantastica Italia planned my family trip to France and Italy, and did a great job for us. It was affordable, we stayed in great small hotels, had private tours, and all the details were taken care of so we could relax and enjoy.

MariaLaura and her team at Fantastica Italia did it again! They planned a second trip for us, this time to France. Her team, once again, selected and organized another unforgettable 2 week trip to Paris, Normandy, Avignon, Arle, Nice and Chamonix. We were told that paying the substantial premium for using this service would result in nothing but smooth sailing in our accommodations, travel from one place to another, etc, so that we wouldn’t have to deal with logistics, room mixups, etc. But we met with problems at every turn and these travel agents didn’t help fix them. I felt totally ripped off.

I am sorry you feel this way as you are obviously the only person who had this experience when using our services. Anytime you called our emergency number you were met by courtesy and any possible action to help you solve your issues, which most of the time were not even dependent from our arrangements.
MariaLaura is amazing with her scheduling and information you are given before you leave for the trip. You feel totally prepared. We went to Postitano and Florence. Thanks so much for the great trip.
