I've had the worst haircut in my life. My hair is completely un-even. The lady cut too much and now I have to go to an actual salon to get it fixed. By the way, I also made an appointment for my son and the lady took someone else since we were 2 minutes late. What's the point of them having your phone number if they don't call to verify you'll be making it. I will never return to any franchise because of this horrible experience. I have been going here for over 10 years. It's close to my home and that's very convenient. For the past 5-6 years Lu Lu has cut/colored/styled my hair. She's GREAT! Three years ago I brought my husband in to meet Lu Lu. His hair is thinning and Lu Lu knows exactly how to cut/style it. THANKS LU LU!!!!!
