I got a perm by a woman named bj, that supposedly has 25 plus years experience. I had BEAUTIFUL LONG Burnette hair before I walked into that salon. What I wanted was a beachy style loose spiral curls. What I got was curls going many directions, which is because of improper rolling. When my hair dried, (POOF) half of my hair was straight in random spots, and on top of it my "trim" had random 2 inch long strands hanging.
