I made an appointment for 5:20 to get my hair cut I was told it was for 5:15 and i would be charged for my haircut as I missed my time and they closed at 6 so they couldn't fit me in.After leaving I looked at my appointment and it was for 5:20 so I was 7 minutes late this is the last money they will ever get from me.
The stylist ruined my DIL’s long beautiful hair and charged her almost $400 absolutely awful
Not a fan of their “tippy” tipping system. It charges you a fee, which isn’t disclosed until you finish the transaction, and starts at a recommended tip of 30%. 30%. For a 15 minute haircut. Come on. Was really hoping for a great local haircut spot in Oregon, but this is just not it.
