Appointments mean nothing here. I made an appointment days in advance. I showed up on time. The lady I scheduled with was not cutting anyone's hair. She took someone else before me. After 15 minutes of waiting, I asked the front desk. They said she was with another client (during my spot) and she would only be another 10 minutes. 20 minutes later another stylist had cut my hair and I was leaving.
