I made an appointment for this afternoon at 2pm. I showed up a bit early (1:50pm). I sat and waited until 2:25pm until I was finally sat in a chair. I asked for full highlights. I am already naturally blonde. My stylist was tending to me and another lady at the same time, which I didn’t think was super professional. Anyways, I am not very satisfied.
