Hi I’m Rachel. I did this beautiful blue highlight the other day. Katie said she loved it. I made sure to tell her the color would bleed a lot and to be careful not to wear anything light colored for a while. I did a full highlight on Katie for $80 and put the blue on separately for $60. It took 3 and 1/4 tubes of blue direct dye to cover her hair completely. Then I did a haircut for $15. When the service was done she was smiling and said she loved it.
