My husband needed a haircut and he got a young girl that was very timid and very nice but she doesn’t know how to cut hair. My husband was in the chair less than five minutes and there was hardly any hair on the floor and I had to go over and tell her how she needed to cut his hair. Like I said before she’s very nice but very timid and the haircut was not very good. She did not even clean the back of his neck with the electric shaver. Went to this place twice. First, they said I needed an appointment. There’s was only one stylist which I understood but there was no customers in the salon at the time. Second time I went today. The lady said I needed an appointment. Im here thinking they accept walk-ins because that’s what is says on the website. I was turned away twice. Won’t be coming back.
Called to make an appointment and the guy who answered sounded like he couldn't be bothered. I asked if they could get me in for a cut that day and all I got was "Today?...We close in an hour.." He never asked if I wanted to make an appointment for another day. Which I would have. So I just said thank you and hung up. Now I'll just be looking somewhere else as this was my first (and last) interaction with them.
Riley was amazing! I brought my 11 year old nephew in who really needed a haircut. He needed a boost of confidence and after months of trying to convince him to get a haircut, he finally agreed. In the beginning, my nephew wasnt very talkative. Riley continued to ask him what he wanted, if he liked it so far, and what he wanted changed. By the end, they were talking about video games and we left with a happy note confident 11 year old!
Great Place! Great Haircut! Great Stylist! I tried a new stylist this trip and to say the least, I was not disappointed! Hailey was perfect! She did my hair exactly the way I wanted it! I hope she is there for a long time because I found my stylist!! Thank you!
