Made an appointment for 10:20. They called about an hour before the appointment and said they were running behind and asked me to come in at 11:30. I arrive at 11:30 and wait for about a half hour without being checked in or given a time, not an open chair in sight. So we left, figured I'll give my money to a real salon. Wouldn't recommend unless you have nothing else to do that day.
Love the service I have received here. They always listen to me and work with me! Monica has been working with my hair growth and trims after my chemo treatments and has been great!
