Erin never asked me if the length was good. Never showed me the back of my hair. I asked for carmel highlights and they are blonde and in weird places. I asked my base color to be a bit lighter but it's darker. She didn't blow dry and I am sure I paid for a blow dry.
I had a great experience at Fantastic Sams! I highly recommend Erin—she did an amazing job with my haircut, and it suited my style perfectly. My hair color also turned out great, and the coloring process was quick and efficient. The only small suggestion I have is to be a little more careful when cleaning up after the color service. There was still some hair dye left on the skin around my face and neck, and it also transferred onto my shirt. I hope this can be improved next time. Della is fair, caring, and will honestly tell me what the results of my latest cockamamie hair trend thought will be if applied to the gorgeous work she's already done. She'll then gently steer me back to the path on which we agreed to and helps me determine the look that's best for me. I won't let anyone else touch my hair. I'm praying she'll do my complicated updo for my future wedding. 🙏😊
Really liked the way she cut my hair
I have been trying to find a hair dresser that can cut my hair the way I want it for a long time. Ava took the time to really listen to me and I walked out with a smile on my face. I will be back.
