My hair looks fantastic Wendy knows what I want and need. I am never disappointed.
I don't get upset about my hair that easily. I recognize that it is going to grow back no matter what it looks like when I leave the salon. However, when I ask for a trim on my curly layers, and I get a "blunt cut" completely hacking off all the layers I had, I am not happy. Tina was my stylist (maybe not even certified-none visible with her name on it!), and she said she was going to take off an "inch."
