Had an appointment at 1:30pm- checked in at 1:18pm. Alina took a walk in at 1:30pm when I had the appointment. 1:35pm when I asked how much longer and she didn’t realize she had someone scheduled at 1:30pm. 1:55pm and she just got done but her 2pm showed up. Wanted to take her and get her color started then do my cut. Not a single sorry. Walked out. Absolutely ridiculous. Gave this place a second chance after the last cut 3 years ago when I asked for 3 inches off and 13 inches were cut off. Never again.
I’ve been coming here a few months after going to multiple salons/stylists (stylists that charge over $100). I originally got a pixie cut last year, but to be able to maintain short hair i definitely needed something more affordable. As my hair has grown out into a short bob Liz at this location has cut my hair multiple times. She does an amazing job every time and I always get lots of compliments. Other stylists have cut my hair here, but she’s my favorite and she knows what I want when I explain or show a photo.

They don't know how to cut curly hair at all. The right side of my partner's hair is half an inch longer than the left and they didn't even touch the back(it was a basic trim) they also used hot water when washing out her tea tree scalp treatment, completely undoing any good the treatment did. It was very amateur.
