⸻ I am extremely upset and disappointed with my experience. During my appointment, my hair was burned, and now it smells horribly burned and my scalp is itchy and irritated. This is unacceptable and has caused me discomfort and emotional distress. What made the situation even worse was the manager’s rude behavior and false accusations. I had a great experience at this fantastic Sam’s with Alicia! She was incredibly professional and made the whole visit so enjoyable. Alina is the best... not only did she select the best color for me she did an amazing job with my hair cut.. also reasonably priced.
Alina did a great job. However, I booked a service for $31 online and they charged me $41 plus tips. I felt misled.
