They don't know how to cut curly hair at all. The right side of my partner's hair is half an inch longer than the left and they didn't even touch the back(it was a basic trim) they also used hot water when washing out her tea tree scalp treatment, completely undoing any good the treatment did. It was very amateur.
Ruined my hair!!!! The stylist cut my hair way too short and then cut my neck with the clippers and I was bleeding!!! Of course I had to pay because they threatened to call the police. It is ridiculous, service was horrendous!!!!! First it’s Ms and I was a walk in on January 17th I came in shortly after 11am. I’ve been trying to get ahold of a manager but no one calls me back. I will never step foot in this salon again!!!
The stylist was very friendly and provided guidance with my 13 yr old daughter’s help. Highly recommend this place and its inexpensive people
