Walked in because my hair was weighing me down. I was lucky that Lorelei had some time! She was great, quick and even fit me in for a conditioning treatment while she cut her next client. My trim was exactly what I was looking for. The facility is decent. Could use some updating- but the personnel are… well, fantastic.
Great staff, friendly environment. All in all a good experience and I look better leaving than when I came in
The first photo is the cut i asked for the others are what i left with. The older Asian lady did this to me! Beware!! The color is suppose to be blonde, she decided high lights would be better so i agreed, she colored first and then cut and then when i asked her to match up the back, she was in a hurry by then and i left with orange!! Not to mention she made the mole on my head Bleed! She hit it with a comb over and over even after i said ouch severl times!!
