My hair was damaged, and she took the time to explain what I needed to do to improve its health, which I really appreciated. We came in, and check in. Waited an hour to find out they will take appointments first so to came back in 30 minutes. When they say walking welcome, they are not being honest. So make appointment if you don't want to be treated like a second class citizen. And also be ready for and increased in price, although their board expecified the prices for what you are getting.
On Friday, 4/3/26, I got my haircut by Josie. The cut was uneven, she nicked me twice and caused bald spots, and she buzzed my hair too far up in the back on one side. Her attitude throughout the appointment was very unprofessional, and she acted visibly disgusted while cutting my hair because of my eczema, which made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. The people there are all lovely, and I’ve never come away with a bad haircut. Victoria is the one who cut my hair. Lovely lady. Heartily recommend.
Promised 20 Years of Experience – Result Looked Completely Unprofessional, poor consultation I went to the salon asking for a very specific and simple service: a few subtle babylights mainly in the lower lengths of my hair for a soft “summer-kissed” effect.
