Went in with 2 of my sons, ages 4 & 8, for haircuts and was told an hour. We decided that was fine and we would wait. When we returned, the music was highly inappropriate. “What’s your Fantasy” by Ludacris was playing and when I said something, one of the stylist skipped the song. Went for a children’s cut (girl) and the woman did very well. We will either use them again or the one nearest Buffalo lake. The atmosphere is more fun and alive at Buffalo lake. This one is kind of more serious and quiet.. too quiet if that makes sense. For kids, places like these can be intimidating. It is better to be warm, welcoming, kid friendly, rather than to be so serious.

Darlene did a good job coloring my hair but cut my bangs so short that even after 2 months, my bangs still have not grown out to a manageable length. Frustrated that I wasn’t listened too about the curl pattern and being careful not to cut my hair too short in the bang area!

I called for a wash, cut, and blow dry. The lady said at 3:00 and I came in exactly at 3:00 was told to have a seat. I sat for about 15 minutes only to have the lady tell me it’s going to be another 30. The lady goes to another lady to see if she could take me and I hear her “ she’s just going to have to wait” when I heard that I just got up and left. It’s not what she said it’s how she said it. If some can be that rude I don’t want that person touching my hair .
