It only takes the first impression to make a customer come back or spread the word to make their business grow. Unfortunately, they fsiled on both. I was waiting for awhile. There was only one customer ahead of me. There were two other besuticians who was toooo busy fixing themselves up before it was my turn! When i fnally got to sit, i felt that the stylist was in the rush to cut and go. No smile, no hi....nothing! I had an awful haircut and will never go again. No wonder they are always empty!! I should've know better!!!
