Two years ago I couldn't get a scheduled haircut because of a massive traffic jam that caused me to be 20 minutes late, and would have caused the next customer to have to wait. On Saturday I arrived early and was told I would have to wait at least an hour because an earlier customer wanted additional services they had not originally scheduled. Marlene Q in Santa Barbara Blvd in Cape Coral - Appointments are not guaranteed !!! I had an appointment on Feb 10 at 3:40p for my 6yo. Turns out the hairdresser took a patron before my appointment that will make me wait 20' or more. Both the manager and hairdresser stated that appointments are not guaranteed comparing their salon with a doctor's office. If hairdresser takes a walk-in, the manager should immediately remove her availability online to avoid these situations ... lack of common sense!!!
Terrible. Bad scheduling. Had to walk out. So slow couldn't get in for appointed time so daughter could not get hair done for ball.
