I have been there several times and yet find anyone that knows exactly what to do... perm... really screwed up, hair cut... screwed up, highlight ... how hard is this to do... I have yet to get what I ask for...!!!!! I guess it is time to go someplace else.
Woman was all over the place. Did not communicate services or what she was doing well at all. Brushed my hair like she was brushing a damn sheep dog..Had to walk right back in to have her fix my hair :(
I asked for an inverted bob, stacked in the back and Tina cut my hair just like I wanted, it's perfect. Thank you Tina!
Tried a perm fr the first time looked great the first day second day it started going flat. Went in a few days later after all curls were gone to try and fix my hair just trim it so it can look more healthy they got me roght i to a seat and....cut tons of hair off not at all what i wanted went from my hair to my shoulders to now by my ears. Looks horrible. On top of it i was charged for the horrible cut that was suppose to be fixing their mess up in the first place. People are friendly but suck at their job
Lorraine is very professional and an expert at all she does with my hair. When she is finished I feel so good. Granted I tip her as good as she is with me. I also am comfortable with other stylists if she is not available.
Just walked in , no one in the place. The nice guy that checked us in asked 2 older ladies that just look at us and said no we are not interested. One said her station was cleaned and the other just rather read her little magazine. We waited for the guy and he was great. Another mom just walked in as I type this with 2 kids for cuts and the magazine reading lady just got up to serve them. I'm so upset. The service here blows. Stylists sit and talk instead of helping the waiting customers. Inside is tacky and extremely ugly
