Awful experience. Completely unfriendly and probably the worst haircut I've ever had. The stylist looked everywhere around her but on the head she was cutting. I don't know how they are still in business.
Negative star rating due to substandard haircut skill, lack of effort and poor customer service attitude. Charge deviated from list on manual. 1. Below standard haircut - At the end of the haircut, I had to blow dry my own hair. The hairdresser told me that it is $20 additional charge for blow dry.
