I went in today do get a hair cut. I picked Elizabeth to do my hair because I heard a lot of great things about her. I was honestly worried at first because I’ve been to a lot of other places and they always do it wrong or cut it to short and I end up dealing with it until my hair grows back. if you dont want to do kids cuts dont make appts for them. I made 2 kids appts together. waited 45min for the 1st cut and another 45min before I left without the 2nd being cut. yet each stylist was taking back appts that were after mine. what a joke.
I had Tim do my hair I really am happy with the out come. He paid attention to what I wanted. Now for the cons. I had an 4:00 appointment it's was 4:30 before I got in the chair.
I love working here. It's amazing, we have a great team to work with
Anastasia greeted me and I explain that being new to The Villages and having thin hair, I didn't know what style I wanted. I ask her to use her own judgment and give me the style she deemed the best for me. That style turned out to be the best cut ever for me. thank you Anastasia!

I went in to the Lady Lake salon as a client of "next available" stylist. Timothy took care of me for the second time. He has an excellent chair side manner & patiently advised me as to what was best. I am very happy with the haircut.
