Awesome highlights - best in town by Tracy! – I went out with a group of girlfriends about a month ago and one of my friends had just gotten her hair highlighted and cut. It was awesome! I asked who did it and she told Tracy over at Fantastic Sams. I was floored - I didn't know they did color or had experience. She looked like she spent $200.
