They cut my hair not even close to what the picture was. I was crying about it and they just made an excuse. I have had it. This was the third and final straw. And when I asked to have someone contact me they never did. I used to love fantastic Sam's but always drove back to wausau wi to get it cut. Guess I'll do that again.
RecommendedHighly Highly recommend @Jessica she is amazing, she did a wonderful job cutting, curling and coloring my hair, she takes her time and make your hair feel amazing (p.s the massage during shampooing was amazing) I will never go to another stylist for anything else she is my go to !
The stylists are very knowledgeable, friendly, and do all they can to get you the results you want. Never been disappointed going here!
