For being a first time client, I felt welcomed right away. We were a bit late due to looking for the big red sign! We found out when we arrived there had been some rebranding which was totally fine by us! Rochelle was accepting even though we were 10 minutes late, thank god! I needed a cut to even out my length and remove some damaged ends as I'm growing out some extensive use of level 2-3 box dye. Rochelle delivered and made me feel new again just before the semester begins and I could not be more happy with the result!
