Very disappointed in fantastic sams. I got a treatment done to my hair to make it healthier and they told me my hair looks horrible and I need to chop it off to a spike for it t be healthy. Then they went to they're coworkers and talk about me to another costumer ( Casandra Bell) about how my hair looks horrible and I should of never have got it permed and my hair is never going to be healthy again. Ashley at Fantastic Sams is the best! I have been going to her for 9 years and have never been disappointed! She always makes me feel important and like she wants to make my hair exactly what I wanted! She does a great job and my hair always looks better that I hoped! Everyone at the salon is very nice and I feel comfortable and welcome!
