To be fair, I was seated quickly and my hair did not turn out bad, but if you're going in for more than a haircut be careful of this store's transparency and conduct. I was mislead about pricing and only came to realize that after I checked my receipt. For example, the workers here will tell you something costs $50 when it actually costs $30. Consistently friendly, quick, and reliable service. This is the only place I come for a brow wax (fairly priced) and I don't need an appt. I just walked in 20 minutes before close. A stylist helped me immediately and I was out within 10 minutes. My brows look fantastic. Thank you!!
