Very friendly atmosphere. Staff are amazing! My hair and eyebrows look great!
This is the only place my husband will go! Everyone is always friendly and helpful.
Only place I get my eyebrows waxed at!! Every time I come in someone different does it & all the ladies here are AMAZING!!!!
I came in with a really messed up cut, Kim contacted me and showed genuine concern about my poor experience. She told me to come in to see her and that she would fix it. I'm extremely happy that I did and I actually feel feminine now! :)
My first time going here and loved it Ashley did an mazing job :) this will be my new hair place.
I know it's a little over a month, but I feel like I was overcharged for the services I got, the Malibu treatment was to take 45 min. They only did 1/2 hour, the haircut I recieved I didn't call right away, was a chop job, she only trimmed aprox 1/4 inch, in some areas, as I've been sick and wearing mybhair up, and since I have curly hair, I didn't really notice how bad it was until I had my hair down & a friend asked me where I got the chop job, apparently sams doesn't guarantee their work or services, hmmm, an expensive le... read more
