I usually have a good experience here. So tonight I brought my son for a hair cut. Liz cut his hair. She did not listen to what I asked for, she was rough and EXTREMELY rude. My son is only 2.5 and he behaved better than her. But hey she did say next time I bring him in to give her a heads up. She said she could bring some tranquilizers from home!!! She also told him if he didnt sit still he would be on Santa's naughty list. If she hadnt already cut half his hair off I would have grabbed my child and left. Dont let her touch... read more

I highly recommend anyone visiting Brianna. I always get great results and long lasting color. I can go there and know with out a doubt I will leave there happy. My husband and son also love going here. Please give it a shot you won't be sorry.

I have been getting my cuts done at Fantastic SMS ever since they opened shop in RW. Love all the ladies there, they do an amazing job.

Well they do decent work if you can actually get in. 3 separate weeks now I've tried to get in for a color to be told they don't have time and don't have enough staff. Want to keep customers... hire more people. I needed a cut and color and would have likely spent about $200 dollars tonight but got turned away for the third time so someone else will get our business from now on.
