I got a perm a week ago yesterday; stylist was Karen (I'm pretty sure that 's her name) and she did a fantastic job. She was fast, efficient and fun to talk to and she didn't drip in my face; well, just a little with the neutralizer, but all in all a very good experience and I would highly recommend her. In addition, every other person working there, that I came in contact with were pleasant and very nice.
Krystal is amazing! She nailed my color and cut! I highly recommend her.
